Returns & Exchanges

Blackwidowlondon ACCEPTS RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONLY SUBJECT TO THESE CONDITIONS. WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL CAMDEN MARKET STORE PURCHASES.

Unwanted items purchased online must be returned within 14 days from you receiving the order and must be in a saleable condition and the item unworn.  Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging and include all labels and tags attached. Please note for hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange underwear, bikinis, hair accessories, body jewelry (including earrings) and makeup.

Exchanges - Should you need to exchange an item for the same item (due to defects etc), send us an email at info@blackwidowlondon.com.

Please send your purchased item(s) with a copy of the invoice to info@blackwidowlondon.com before hand to check stock availability preferably using a recorded service back to the following address

Processing My Return 

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use (but we will process your return within 7 days of receipt). This may take longer for parcels coming from outside the UK. Once processed you will be emailed a credit note to the value of the total value of the item(s) returned. This credit note or voucher can be applied online at any time.

Exchanges and Refunds.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
• All Non UK returns MUST have "RETURNED GOODS - ZERO CUSTOMS VALUE" written on the outside of the packaging as duty and taxes are not applicable for returns. 
• Please Don't Return Damaged items before emailing us at info@blackwidowlondon.com  as we have different procedures in place for these.

Items we do not Exchange or Refund.

Several types of goods we are not able to accept as returns. These are for standard Health and Hygiene reasons and include but are not limited to:

• Face Masks or Face Coverings.
• Opened Cosmetics
• Lingerie and Hosiery where the packaging has been opened and / or tried on.
• Earrings for pierced ears.
• Exception. If the item is damaged we will send a replacement.
• Corsets and Corset dresses that have been tightly laced are deemed as not new are not in a saleable condition.
