The charge for International Standard Tracked Delivery is calculated based on the weight of your order and starts at just £13.99. When you've finished shopping, continue to the checkout, choose 'International Tracked Delivery' and select your country to view the exact cost.

Your order will be sent via our select couriers and will arrive within 9-12 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) after you place your order. This service is tracked.  A tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 1-3 days of placing your order. In the unlikely event your order is not delivered within this time scale, the item/s are not considered lost by our couriers until 30 working days have elapsed. 

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Deliveries can't be made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next day.

Certain items which we sell are very heavy and whilst on most occasions we will absorb any extra postal costs that these may incur, from time to time it may be that we have to impose a postage surcharge. However, this is extremely rare and you will be contacted straight away and informed of the extra charge.
