Our European shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and start at just £9.50.

As the UK is no longer part of the European Union you will now have to pay VAT at the local rate prior to delivery and orders over €150 (£135), may also incur import duty. All associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot mark items as a ‘gift’ or reduce their values on customs forms as this is illegal, so please do not ask!

Your order will be sent by one of our selected courier companies and will arrive within 5-10 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) after you place your order. This service is tracked. We will e-mail you a tracking number within 1-3 days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event your order is not delivered within this time scale, the item/s are not considered lost by our couriers until 30 working days have elapsed. 

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. Deliveries can't be made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next day.

HEAVY ITEMS SURCHARGE
Certain items which we sell are very heavy and whilst on most occasions we will absorb any extra postal costs that these may incur, from time to time it may be that we have to impose a postage surcharge. However, this is extremely rare and you will be contacted straight away and informed of the extra charge.
